At AM Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AM Store account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
